EY seeks a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. Work with diverse teams to translate insights into business value while navigating regulatory and governance requirements.

You will collaborate with clients and a multidisciplinary team to design scalable analytics, improve data pipelines, and advance AI capabilities across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and impactful outcomes.

Competenze

• A Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of full‑time AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning experience.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, DALL‑E, LangChain, RAG).
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps and ML workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, and evaluation.
• Experience with model retraining and feedback loops; monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong foundation in math, statistics, operations research; proficient in SQL, Pandas, Spark.
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel.
