Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will work with diverse teams, guiding data science and software engineering efforts, and ensure scalable, production-ready analytics across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate analytics into strategic insights while navigating regulatory, cybersecurity, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 6–10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python and ML/AI fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities contexts.
• Guide teams across data sources, analytics platforms, and production deployments.
• Engage with clients, manage relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for executives and regulators.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance in regulated environments.
