EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to drive innovative AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with Generative AI models and ML frameworks (OpenAI, DALL‑E, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data structures, data modelling, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication with travel willingness for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Identify innovative improvements through research and analysis.
• Oversee professional staff and supervise teams on complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients, run daily sessions, and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities (e.g., asset health, outage prediction).
• Work with utility data sources (SCADA, AMI, GIS, Maximo, OMS, CIS) and modern analytics platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
