Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, and explain what’s off in written form.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos to prompts and identifying issues such as distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video misalignment. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to craft concise, evidence-based

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignments, and explain findings in writing.
Provide a written, specific explanation in English of where and why something looked off.
