Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs for naturalness, and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, inspecting for distortions or audio-video mismatches, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems. Candidates from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday speech.
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio mismatch.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to observed issues.
