Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, identifying issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment with prompts, and providing written explanations. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations and making clear decisions when flaws exist.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in or replaying for issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing clear, evidence-based explanations of findings in English.
