Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge which better follows prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural speech.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Capable of decisive judgement when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
- Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
- Writing English explanations pinpointing what was seen or heard.
