Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos to prompts, rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and able to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable speaking in realistic situations and thinking on your feet.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing observed issues.
