Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and score exchanges for accuracy and clarity. Work remotely on your own schedule, reviewing image, video, and audio outputs.

You'll inspect outputs closely, note issues like awkward motion, mismatches, or artifacts, and provide concise explanations in English to guide model improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
