Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges for naturalness and adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts, and providing precise, evidence-based feedback in English. Remote work offered.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural everyday speech.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
