Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your schedule.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, providing explanations that help AI systems improve. The role emphasizes careful observation, clear writing, and independent work from anywhere with internet access.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like AI artifacts, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write specific explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
