Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write concise explanations in English of what was off or incorrect.

Contributors help improve AI systems by identifying errors in prompts, visuals, and audio, with pay per hour and additional incentives. Remote, with global participation.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
Provide written explanations highlighting what you saw or heard.
