Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

In this role, you will judge how closely outputs follow prompts, provide written explanations, and help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. Remote, flexible hours with weekly payments are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English describing observations.
