Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Great attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Able to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video, then explain what was off in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
