Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing to help improve AI systems.

Remote work and weekly payments are available. Qualified candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and able to describe observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain what is off in AI outputs.
• Able to think clearly and describe complex observations concisely.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distorted motion, artifactual errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
