Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Role involves ranking outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English to guide AI improvements. Flexible remote work with weekly payments and up to $18/hr.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific English explanations detailing observed issues.
