Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will supervise live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs, writing concise explanations in English, and ensuring quality across prompts. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payments via ACH/PayPal/AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when required.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of clear decision making when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from listed countries (Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States).

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then rank how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard, with specific observations.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
