Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, assess how well outputs follow prompts, and explain errors in writing.

You’ll rate images, videos and audio for realism and adherence, then provide precise, evidence-based feedback. This work helps improve AI systems used in real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on material.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and video, then describing findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation citing what was observed.
