Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then writing concise explanations in English that pinpoint observed issues. Remote work with flexible hours helps shape AI systems for real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation pointing to observed issues.
