• Advise and support cross-functional teams and executives across multi-workstream programs.
• Lead governance and steering committees, ensuring disciplined cadence and executive alignment.
• Monitor risk, escalation handling, and delivery quality across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and SI partners to ensure continuity and successful outcomes.
• Forecasting, reporting, and maintaining executives' confidence through accurate updates.
