Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States seeks a senior AI Platform Architect to translate AI/ML concepts into practical, business-driven roadmaps. You will lead pilots and set digital strategy across Supply Chain, Growth, and Finance, partnering with CIO and DT leaders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Automation, and AI/ML with depth in enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience deploying models on Databricks, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker with MLOps.
• Experience building and governing agentic AI systems including orchestration and tool integration.
• Knowledge of RPA, Process Mining, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Data product design, data modeling, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong executive communication with ability to build a business case and ROI.
• Familiarity with CPG or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build prioritized pipeline of emerging technology use cases with business impact.
• Lead technology assessments and pilots with clear success criteria.
• Collaborate across Digital Technologies, Commercial, Growth, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Advocate the innovation agenda to senior business and IT leaders.
• Provide guidance on AI/ML platforms, data products, and digital twins.
• Monitor trends to maintain a 12–18 month forward view.
• Mentor IT colleagues and build AI/ML literacy across teams.
