Mars is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Leader to drive the strategy, delivery, and evolution of corporate technology capabilities across Finance, Legal and Risk. You will orchestrate cross-functional digital transformation, aligning platforms, data, and AI with Mars' enterprise strategy to deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes for Associates.

Responsibilities include leading an end-to-end technology program, championing a product-based operating model, and fostering innovation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale technology organizations in complex global environments.
• Business acumen of Finance, Legal and Risk processes and controls.
• Proven experience with enterprise platforms (CFIN, OneStream, Anaplan, Blackline, Vin, HighRadius, Archer, Fusion, Enablon, Symphony, Ironclad, Persuit).
• Strong track record in product management, Agile transformation, and DevOps adoption.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee delivery teams ensuring secure, scalable operations with strong governance.
• Lead vendor governance and strategic partner relationships.
• Foster innovation and readiness for AI-enabled capabilities.
