Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a VP of Enterprise Technology for People & Organization, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to shape the digital future for 140,000+ Associates worldwide. Lead federated tech, drive AI-enabled platforms, and align roadmaps with Mars’ enterprise digital agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in global, enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep HR & corporate tech ecosystem expertise with hands-on leadership across core enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Proven track record in digital transformation & M&A integration, Agile/DevOps, and federated IT architectures.
• Visionary grasp of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making for end-to-end Associate journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, delivery, and evolution of technology capabilities across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
• Champion a product-based operating model with lifecycle ownership of enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and custom apps.
• Drive value creation and technology convergence across enterprise domains, balancing federated needs with global commonality.
• Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs with change management and executive escalation for measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across P&O, Corporate Affairs, Mars Global Services, and segment tech orgs.
• Oversee global technology delivery teams with secure, scalable 24/7 operations and strict data privacy compliance.
• Direct strategic vendor relationships and contracting for long-term ecosystem sustainability.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI advancements to keep Mars at the forefront of workforce tech.
