Mars Incorporated is seeking a visionary VP, Enterprise Technology for People & Organization, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to lead the global digital transformation for 140,000+ Associates. You will define the technology vision, orchestrate platforms, data solutions, and AI capabilities, and enable a frictionless associate experience across functions.

15+ years of technology leadership in global enterprise environments.
Deep HR and corporate tech ecosystem expertise with leadership across core platforms Workday and ServiceNow.
Proven track record in digital transformation and M&A integration, including Agile/DevOps adoption and federated IT architectures.
Visionary grasp of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making for end-to-end Associate journeys.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, delivery, and evolution of technology across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
Scale a product-based operating model with full lifecycle ownership of key enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and AI-enabled delivery practices.
Drive value creation and technology convergence across enterprise domains, balancing federated needs with global commonality (e.g., heritage integrations like Kellanova).
Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs with change management and executive escalation for measurable outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives across P&O, Corporate Affairs, Mars Global Services, and segment technology organizations.
Oversee global technology delivery teams with 24/7 operations, ensuring security, scalability, and architecture compliance.
Lead strategic vendor relationships and contracting for long-term ecosystem sustainability and performance.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and AI trends to foster a culture of experimentation.
