Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Manager Enterprise Intelligence (Finance) to shape data strategy, forecast category dynamics, and lead AI-enabled analytics for a $7B business unit within Mars Pet Nutrition.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop scalable data assets, modernize the tech stack, and empower insight-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in data management, analytics, BI, or commercial insights.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of data environments and analytics tools (Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, Alteryx) and BI platforms (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience managing large, complex datasets (POS, loyalty, panel, Nielsen/IRI).
• Ability to translate commercial needs into scalable data products and assess AI readiness.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data storytelling for VP-level decisions.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality standards, and metric consistency.

Responsibilities

• Define Data Roadmap & Governance for Insights data assets; ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Oversee Advanced Analytics, forecasting for a $7B business; guide operating planning.
• Lead AI integration and development of analytical solutions and self-service tools.
• Evolve BI platforms and dashboards (PowerBI, Cascade) and drive user adoption.
• Expand data ecosystem by sourcing and integrating new data sources.
• Collaborate with D&A, Marketing, and Global teams to operationalize data pipelines.
