Job summary

Mars Accelerator is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape and govern technology across the TLT portfolio, including Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and R&D/QFS. You will define technology roadmaps, evaluate options, set architecture standards, and drive opportunities in AI, Digital Twins, and advanced analytics to support the long-term digital strategy.

You will partner with domain leads, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, CS, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years in Solution/Enterprise/Business Architecture or tech consulting.
• Experience supporting supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality or operations domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech roadmaps.
• Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of integration, cloud, data architecture and enterprise apps.
• Able to act as strategic advisor and hands-on contributor.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture strategy and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Define future-state architecture strategies supporting long-term objectives.
• Identify AI, automation, Digital Twins, analytics opportunities for value.
• Support business case development and technology investments.
• Lead solution assessments and evaluate platforms against requirements.
• Assist with RFPs, vendor selections, and due diligence.
• Provide architecture guidance during intake, discovery and design phases.
• Establish architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Ensure solutions align with security, data and integration standards.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across product, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Support integration across ERP, planning, manufacturing, data & analytics, AI and OT ecosystems.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on support.
