Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Global Commercial Solution Architect to design platform solutions for our CAT 2.0 transformation. Translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures supporting PN Commercial processes and data across the enterprise, collaborating with data science, ML, and product teams.

As a principal architect, you will define GenAI/LLM patterns, lead vendor evaluations, ensure analytics-ready data integration, and present designs to governance boards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a digital tech role focused on architecture and design.
• Hands-on with multi-step agentic AI workflows and LLM integration.
• Experience evaluating CRM, ERP, and Commercial domain platforms.
• Proficient in Azure and Google Cloud, data analytics, and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed solution designs (HLD/LLD) for each sprint/release, including data flows and non-functional requirements.
• Define architecture patterns for GenAI/LLM-based solutions and model integration.
• Lead vendor evaluations (PoCs, RFPs) with TCO and exit-analysis.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects for alignment with goals and strategies.
• Present and defend designs at Architecture Review Boards and governance forums.
