Job summary
Mars is seeking a technology leader to drive digital innovation across Supply Chain, Growth, and Finance. Reporting to the CIO, you will turn AI/ML, agentic systems, and digital twins into practical roadmaps, leading hands-on pilots and shaping our overall digital strategy.
As a deep subject matter expert and contributor, you will bridge emerging technology with business outcomes, establish best-practice guidelines, and mentor teams while communicating with executives and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 8+ years of analytics, automation, and AI/ML experience with enterprise deployments.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and governing models in modern data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Innovation scouting and prioritization of technology use cases.
- Lead structured technology assessments and pilots with go/no-go criteria.
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies, Commercial, Growth, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Advocate innovation with clear use cases and roadmaps to leadership.
- Provide guidance on AI/ML platforms, data products, and digital twins.
- Monitor trends and mentor teams to build AI/ML literacy.
