- 15+ years of technology leadership experience in global enterprise environments.
- Deep HR & corporate tech ecosystem expertise with Workday and ServiceNow.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and M&A integration; agile/DevOps adoption.
- Visionary AI, analytics, and data-driven decision making for end-to-end associate journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end strategy, architecture, delivery across P&O, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability.
- Champion a product‑based operating model with ownership of key platforms like Workday/ServiceNow.
- Drive enterprise‑scale integrations (e.g., Kellanova) while balancing federated needs.
- Oversee global delivery, 24/7 operations, data privacy, and enterprise compliance.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and drive cost efficiency and performance.
