Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Program Strategy Manager for the AI in Operations Transformation Office to redesign how Operations works in an AI-native world. You will map current workflows, design target-state processes embedding AI and agentic capabilities, and build compelling business cases with measurable impact.

You will lead design-thinking workshops, assess production-readiness of AI tooling, and influence senior leaders across the firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management & change management within a large-scale transformation
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving with analytical tools
• Experience with consulting toolkit / broad analytical tools
• Delivery-focused experience amid ambiguity
• Analytical and decision-making skills for executives
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, executive communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for exec docs and Excel models
• Fluency with AI-native tooling and capability to coach leaders
• BA Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
• Experience with SharePoint, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of operational workflows
• Design target-state workflows embedding AI and agentic frameworks
• Stress-test designs for rigor, feasibility, and value
• Build business cases outlining value, investments, returns, and metrics
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional partners
• Stay current with AI tooling landscape and judge production-readiness
• Collaborate with AI in Operations teams and other Firms' AI teams
• Advise senior leaders on key decisions and major change initiatives
• Develop advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to align delivery
• Own program communications including high-level changes and performance highlights
• Manage team to remove roadblocks and mentor high-performing PMs
