Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Business Manager to shape AI for Operations, partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. You will drive performance, governance, and cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will own planning, headcount and expenses forecasting, manage OKRs and leadership metrics, and translate priorities into execution plans while ensuring timely delivery and data-driven storytelling to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or transformation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
• Advanced communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into compelling narratives for senior audiences.
• Advanced stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions, as well as ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to develop rigorous business cases and investment memos, identify performance trends and root causes, and turn insights into executive narratives.
• Define and maintain management OKRs and senior leadership metrics by producing recurring business reviews and data checks.
• Translate leadership priorities into draft sequenced plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track progress against milestones.
• Own headcount and expense forecasting; support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Manage allocations and activity-based costing; support cost-to-serve modeling and benchmarking.
• Prepare and deliver materials for senior forums (town halls, Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews).
• Coordinate deliverables across business managers, finance, technology, and operations; drive cross-functional decisioning.
• Support governance and people initiatives, training, and communications.
