Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal strategy team
• Experience leading technology company or AI-related start-up
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
• Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering
• Develop an understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies (AI/LLM, ML, RPA)
• Prepare for and listen well in meetings; gather baseline information and work with partners to clarify/execute follow-up requests
• Support multiple project work streams
• Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues
• Manage deadlines and timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed
