Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner with security, engineering and business teams to design and govern Agentic AI integration into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will shape standards for AI-assisted IAM across on-prem, hybrid and cloud, defining guardrails and secure deployment practices while aligning with EY’s security and technology strategies.

Applicants should have 12+ years in IT with 6+ years in IAM and 2+ years in AI/ML identity systems, plus hands-on experience with Entra ID,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience required; 8+ years IAM experience.
• 2+ years experience implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.
• Experience guiding IA/ security requirements and controls to development teams.
• Knowledge of AI architectures for IAM and agentic systems.
• Strong communication with management and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM platforms and adaptive capabilities.
• Define standards for AI-assisted IAM across on-premises, hybrid and cloud.
• Establish governance models and guardrails for AI deployment.
• GovernAgentic AI identity life cycles, entitlements and ownership models.
• Advise senior leadership on AI applications to Identity operations.
