Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network. You will evaluate AI-generated HR content, create realistic scenarios, and annotate data for tasks like offers, leave, and analytics while ensuring compliance with HRIS and labor laws.

Paid tasks pay up to $50 per hour, with many opportunities requiring one hour of uninterrupted work. You’ll work remotely, have flexible hours, and can join Prolific as a participant after our quick test.

Qualifications

• Professional HR experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge in one or more HR areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, HR Operations).
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade HR-related content.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance cycles, benefits enrollment).
• Annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave, analytics).
• Provide structured feedback on HRIS and labor-law compliance.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine HR-focused evaluation frameworks.
