Take a Seat Tech is seeking an Implementation Manager in San Francisco, CA to own complex healthcare technology deployments from contract through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage integrations, data needs, and success metrics to ensure on-time go-lives and strong adoption.

This role offers hybrid work in San Francisco with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 plus equity.

The Opportunity

We are working with a rapidly scaling digital health company that partners with healthcare providers across the US.

As customer growth accelerates, the company is looking for an Implementation Manager to own complex healthcare technology deployments from contract signature through go-live and stabilization.

You will work directly with healthcare executives, operational teams and technical stakeholders while coordinating internal Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.

This role sits at the center of the customer journey and will have a direct impact on time-to-value, adoption and long-term customer retention.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own multiple healthcare customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Build detailed project plans covering milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and risks.
• Lead customer discovery to understand existing operational and clinical workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into platform configuration and implementation plans.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial stakeholders.
• Manage integrations, data requirements and technical dependencies.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Lead regular implementation and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Deliver customer training and operational readiness programs.
• Identify and resolve risks that could delay deployment.
• Manage go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Monitor adoption, utilization and implementation success metrics.
• Feed recurring customer requirements back into Product.
• Help develop scalable implementation processes as customer volumes increase.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of SaaS implementation, professional services, technical project management or customer delivery experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations.
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex project dependencies.
• The ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.

Healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred. Experience with health systems, provider groups, EHRs, APIs, integrations, interoperability, healthcare data or value-based care would be particularly valuable.

Success will be measured by on-time customer go-lives, reduced implementation timelines, strong customer satisfaction, successful product adoption, high implementation quality and a smooth transition into Customer Success. You will also help build the processes and playbooks that allow the implementation function to scale as the company grows.
