Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You will position Data 360 and Agentforce solutions across industries, manage stakeholder expectations, and serve as a strategic product expert for large enterprise customers.

You will be a trusted advisor driving AI-enabled data solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in data, AI, and GTM contexts.
• Experience with Agentforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and how data/AI enhance solutions.
• Credible background in a consultative, data-driven sales role.
• Experience growing large, complex accounts ($M+).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast, build pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Expand services with existing customers through add-ons.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Core Salesforce teams.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor and showcase value of services.
• Understand customer drivers and desired outcomes with data insight.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope and schedule engagements.
• Communicate a clear vision of transformative solutions to drive value.
• Follow and improve internal methodologies and KSOs.
• Travel across North American locations as needed.
