Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist in its Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice to drive AI and data solutions for enterprise clients. You will position Data 360 and Agentforce, act as a strategic advisor, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and cross-functional teams to accelerate value realization.

You will work with senior stakeholders, craft tailored GTM strategies, and navigate multi-industry opportunities while traveling across North America as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 8 years in data/AI/GTM roles.
• Experience with Data 360 and Agentforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and data/AI integration.
• Demonstrated consultative sales experience with large complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned to business goals.
• Forecast accurately, build a pipeline and advance opportunities.
• Identify add-on services with existing customers.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Core PS teams to position offerings.
• Engage customers with a consultative selling approach as a trusted advisor.
• Understand customer motivation and desired business outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope and schedule engagements.
• Communicate a compelling vision of transformative solutions for business value.
• Adhere to internal methodologies and improve processes over time.
• Meet Services KSOs and achieve utilization and bookings goals.
• Be willing to travel across North America.
