Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You will lead strategic GTM efforts for Data 360 and Agentforce, engaging large enterprise clients, and coordinating with License Sales and PS teams to drive long-term value.

The role demands a consultative selling approach, deep data/AI expertise, and the ability to travel across North America. You will serve as a trusted advisor guiding complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM roles with data/AI context.
• Experience with Data 360 (preferred).
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and PoV on data & AI enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast accurately, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Partner with License Sales and Core Salesforce Professional Services to educate on offerings.
• Engage customers with a consultative selling approach and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to position, scope, and schedule service engagements.
