Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You’ll position Data 360 and Agentforce solutions, act as a strategic advisor to large enterprise customers, and drive AI-enabled data solutions across diverse industries.

You’ll collaborate with License Sales and Delivery teams, lead consultative engagements, and shape roadmaps to accelerate time-to-value while expanding Salesforce services and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8+ years experience in Data & AI and GTM roles.
• Experience with Agentforce (preferred).
• Strong background in Core Salesforce products and how data & AI enhance solutions.
• Credible GTM experience (e.g., Account/Client Partner, Engagement Manager).
• Consultative selling with understanding of consumption sales and software services.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry areas and business goals.
• Forecast, build pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Identify opportunities with existing customers for add-on services.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Core Salesforce Professional Services to educate on offerings.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor using a consultative selling approach.
• Understand customer motivation, business drivers, and desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to position, scope, schedule, and resource engagements.
• Communicate transformative solutions to generate business value from customer investments.
• Follow internal methodologies and continuously improve them.
• Meet KSOs and drive utilization and bookings.
• Willingness to travel across North American locations.
