Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You will position Data 360 and Agentforce solutions across industries, aligning with business objectives and managing client expectations.

As a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert, you will lead territory plans, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with License Sales and delivery teams to drive value. Some travel across North America is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in Data & AI related roles within GTM or advisory positions.
• Experience with Agentforce or similar AI/Data offerings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and how data/AI enhance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast accurately, build a pipeline and advance opportunities.
• Explore add-on services with existing customers to expand engagements.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Core Salesforce Professional Services to position offerings.
• Engage customers with a consultative approach as a trusted advisor.
• Understand customer motivations, drivers and desired business outcomes.
