Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice to accelerate adoption of Data 360 and Agentforce solutions for enterprise customers. You will position Salesforce AI/data offerings, manage a territory plan, forecast opportunities, and partner with Delivery to translate business objectives into measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Data & AI related roles with GTM exposure.
• Demonstrated experience with Agentforce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Core Salesforce products and data/AI integration.
• GTM experience (e.g., Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager).
• Consultative sales approach with understanding of consumption sales.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals using data.
• Proven ability to grow large accounts ($M+).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast accurately, build a pipeline, and advance opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for add-on services with existing customers.
• Partner with License Sales and Professional Services to position offerings.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor with a consultative approach.
• Understand customer drivers and desired business outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope and schedule service engagements.
• Articulate a compelling vision of transformative solutions.
• Adhere to internal methodologies and improve them over time.
• Meet KSOs and contribute to utilization and bookings.
• Travel across North American locations as needed.
