Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You will articulate the value of Data 360 and Agentforce, position our AI and data offerings across industries, and guide customers to become a more agentic organization on the Salesforce platform.

You will work as a strategic advisor, driving enterprise engagements, managing expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock value and growth for large-scale customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8 years experience in Data & AI related roles.
• Experience with Agentforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and how data & AI enhance solutions.
• Credible GTM experience (Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager).
• Consultative selling background with focus on consumption of software services.
• Experience growing large and complex accounts (>$M).
• Ability to lead client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast accurately, build pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Explore opportunities for add-on services with existing customers.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Professional Services to educate on offerings.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Leverage industry insight to map outcomes to business goals.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope, schedule, and resource engagements.
• Articulate a compelling vision and demonstrate value from solutions.
• Follow internal methodologies and continuously improve them.
• Meet Services KSOs and drive utilization and bookings.
• Travel flexibility to other North American locations.
