Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Global Data & AI Practice to drive Data 360 and Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with License Sales and Professional Services to map strategies to business outcomes and manage customer expectations with a consultative approach.

You will lead regional territory plans, forecast pipelines, and advance opportunities across varied industries while aligning with Salesforce’s AI roadmap and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8 years experience in data, AI, and GTM roles.
• Experience with Agentforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and data/AI synergy.
• Credible experience in a GTM or consultative role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage territory plans aligned to business goals.
• Forecast, build pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Explore add-on services with existing customers.
• Collaborate with License Sales and PS teams to position services.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach and act as trusted advisor.
• Understand customer drivers and desired business outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope and schedule engagements.
• Communicate transformative solutions to generate business value.
• Follow internal methodologies and improve them based on experience.
• Meet KSOs and contribute to utilization and bookings.
• Travel flexibility across North America.
