Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Professional Services Global Data & AI Practice. You will position Data 360 & Agentforce solutions to address varied business problems and act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers.

You’ll partner with License Sales and Delivery teams to shape engagements, manage expectations, and drive adoption of Transformative AI offerings across industries.

Qualifications

Must have working experience with data and AI tools solving real business problems.
Experience with Agentforce (preferred).
Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and how data/AI enhance solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
Forecast accurately, build a pipeline and progress opportunities.
Grow existing accounts with add-on services.
Collaborate with License Sales and Professional Services to educate on offerings.
Engage customers with a consultative selling approach as trusted advisor.
Understand customer motivations and strategic goals.
Coordinate with delivery teams on scope, schedule, and resources.
Communicate a compelling vision of transformative solutions.
Follow internal methodologies and seek improvements.
Meet KSOs and bookings targets.
Travel across North America as needed.
