Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years in GTM, account management or engagement leadership.
• Experience with Data & AI tools to solve business problems.
• Prefer experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Core products.
• Proven consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience growing large accounts and multi-million deals.
• Strong client communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry goals.
• Forecast, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities.
• Identify add-on services with existing customers.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Delivery teams to educate on offerings.
• Engage customers with a consultative approach and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Understand customer motivations, drivers, goals, and desired outcomes.
• Work with delivery teams to scope and schedule service engagements.
• Communicate a compelling vision of solutions to generate business value.
