Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Data & AI-driven GTM roles or consultative selling across enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated experience with Agentforce (preferred).
• Strong background in Core Salesforce products and how data & AI enhance solutions.
• Credible GTM experience (Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager).
• Consultative selling with focus on consumption-based software services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory plan aligned to industry areas and goals.
• Forecast accurately, build a pipeline and advance opportunities.
• Explore add-on service opportunities with existing customers.
• Partner with License Sales and Core Salesforce Pro Services to educate on offerings.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor using a consultative selling approach.
• Use industry insight to understand motivation, drivers, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to position, scope, schedule, and resource engagements.
• Communicate transformative solutions to generate business value from investments.
• Follow internal methodologies and continuously improve them.
• Meet Services KSOs including utilization and bookings targets.
• Travel across North American locations as needed.
