Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI GTM Specialist within the Global Data & AI Practice to drive Data 360 and Agentforce solutions for enterprise customers in the Chicago region. You will partner with License Sales and Pro Services to create compelling value, manage stakeholders, and accelerate time-to-value for AI offerings.

The role requires a strong GTM background, consultative selling, and experience with large, complex accounts. Travel across North America is expected as needed to support clienti.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8 years experience in Data & AI and GTM roles.
• Experience with Agentforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of Core Salesforce products and data/AI impact.
• Credible background in consultative, consumption-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan aligned to industry goals and Salesforce capabilities.
• Forecast, build a pipeline, and advance opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for add-on services with existing customers.
• Collaborate with License Sales and Core Salesforce Pro Services to position offerings.
• Engage clients with a consultative approach and establish trust as a long-term advisor.
• Understand customer motivations, business drivers, and desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope, schedule, and resource engagements.
• Communicate a transformative vision and drive business value from investments.
• Follow and improve internal methodologies based on experience.
• Meet KSOs including utilization and bookings targets.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
