Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, translating CUJ/JTBD insights into practical requirements and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll work with sellers and GTM leaders to reduce admin work, improve deal cycles, and drive adoption with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product.
• Proven ability to improve sales productivity through product management, AI, workflow automation, or systems integration.
• Experience applying CUJ and JTBD thinking to seller workflows and productivity challenges.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and drive adoption.

• Define and communicate the GTM AI product vision, strategy and roadmap with GTM leaders, sellers and technical stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption and outcomes for the GTM AI program area.
• Lead discovery with sellers to understand needs and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows that improve seller productivity and automate steps in the sales process.
