Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks an AI Growth Leader to drive AI-led business growth across the IBO unit by identifying, shaping, and converting AI opportunities into measurable outcomes. You will interface with the global IBO organization and collaborate with regional teams to accelerate AI adoption and develop differentiated offerings.

The role requires deep AI knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and senior experience in consulting or digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, AI/Gen AI, or digital transformation, deep AI and Financial services Ops understanding including reimagining the process.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and business case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop AI-led growth opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Build a qualified AI opportunity pipeline and drive revenue targets.
• Lead deal shaping, solution positioning, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with account teams to embed AI into strategic client discussions.
• Conduct AI discovery workshops and value realization sessions and coordinate with AI &A team globally
