Job summary

BOI seeks a growth leader to build and own the US demand engine, spanning content, events, outbound, and partner-sourced leads. You will craft a yearly growth plan, decide priorities, and drive execution with a hands-on, startup-like approach.

Ideal candidates have built B2B pipelines in enterprise settings, marketing AI services, and led teams to execute multi-channel demand generation. Remote role with regional scope and growth opportunities in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Built a B2B pipeline in consulting or professional services.
• Marketed or sold AI services to enterprises with daily AI usage.
• Led a marketing or growth team and hands-on when needed.
• Experience with demand generation across channels.
• Founded a company or built a function from nothing.
• Experience with alliances and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to explain positioning in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Identify priorities across go-to-market and design the growth plan for the year.
• Decide what to start, what to hold and what to stop, and adjust the plan as data comes in.
• Own US demand engine across content, events and outreach.
• Run targeted outreach to function leaders with a growth mandate at mid-cap and enterprise units.
• Turn interest into qualified meetings and opportunities; align with partners on definition.
• Report pipeline and conversion openly and measure channel effectiveness.
• Apply AI across research, outreach and content; build repeatable workflows.
• Lead US go-to-market; hire needed roles in the growth engine.
• Collaborate with partners on follow-up and deal context.
• Define Americas partner ecosystem strategy; start partnerships and measure outcomes.
